Manual Dough Sheeter RUNNER

This dough sheeter model Runner M is the result of improvements to the previous model, while retaining the sturdy features true to Pietro Berto tradition, using advanced materials while ensuring the utmost reliability. The length of the cylinders and their opening, 50 mm, together with a careful study of the different speeds of cylinders and belts, are features which enable this machine to reach excellent processing standards.
The belts are reversed by means of an easy-to-use outer lever and the belt holder frames are detachable.
Fitted with safety guards in stainless steel with a safety switch, this dough sheeter is available in versions for belt widths of 600 mm.
Upon request, the stainless steel version is available and the model 600 mm can be supplied with a cutting device, always on request.
