Doug Sheeter

Domino dough sheeters are very versatile and robust machines, which can be used to laminate sweet and savory products in both pastry and catering. There are two SFO models available: a counter version with anticorodal aluminum sides and a version with a base consisting of solid sides in cast aluminum and a painted steel base. To speed up the sanitation of the machine, this sheeter has been designed with easily removable scrapers.
All the dough sheeters of the SFO line are equipped with flour collection trays. The E, 600 × 1200 and 1500 models are supplied with pull-out shelves.
