Proofer

New Dell automatic proofer is a modern machine with a compact design. It is available in 2 models: 28 hangers or 50 hangers and 2 versions for each model which differ one from the other for the number of usable pockets. After cutting, the proofer permits dough rest in order to improve next working phase and obtain a better quality of final products. New Dell proofer can be combined to New Dell volumetric dividers and to moulding machines.
